Pleasant Valley Equine Vet Service was founded in 2005 and has since provided over a decade of professional service in performance horse medicine, equine dentistry, and mare reproductive services.
Our experienced staff is dedicated to delivering compassionate, educational, and supportive service on every visit and call. Our vet team has personal experience ranging from the show ring to trail rides and just about everything in between. We understand what it takes to keep equine partners strong, healthy, and ready to go.
Krishawn Clark, D.V.M.
Dr. Krishawn Clark’s veterinary specialties lie in performance horse medicine, dentistry, and mare reproductive services. However, all aspects of horse health care are enjoyable and rewarding for her, as is developing long-lasting relationships with clients and their horses. Dr. Clark was born and raised in North Dakota on a large farm and ranch. Her interest in horses, science, and the outdoors made veterinary medicine a natural fit for her.
Her husband Chad Clark and their boys reside on a hobby farm with their 10 horses and 2 dogs. They have reining and cutting horses that they enjoy showing on the weekends. She spends the rest of her free time with her boys going to soccer and basketball games, marching band performances, and boating in the summertime.

Nicole Major Assistant
Nicole has spent her most of her life in the barn, taking lessons growing up then started showing pleasure in the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) when she was 15 years old building up accolades in the show pen throughout the years . She later interned in several training and breeding barns over the years building an abundance of knowledge of the equine industry and horses themselves.
She lives on a 10 acer farm in Somerset owning a ever changing amount of horses, 2 dogs and 1 goat. She continues to show pleasure currently working on improving her Hunter Under Saddle skills. She has an equine specialized graphic and photography business named Lucky Productions after her heart horse “We R Talking Lucky” and building an equestrian vlog under the name The Blonde Rider a nickname her western trainer gave her.
In her time out of the barn she likes to go to concerts, traveling, going to the movies .
Hannah Elhorn Assistant
Hannah grew up on a farm in Hammond, WI. As a little girl she always dreamed of having her own horse. At four, her dreams came true with a sassy, little, white pony named Princess. From that day on horses have always been a big part of her life.she currently live only a few miles from her family farm.
She enjoy’s most are being a mom, spending time with family, being at the farm, fishing, camping, trail riding, and baking. She has been working as a certified medical assistant since 2013, which she absolutely loves. In addition to that, She has been a part of the team at Pleasant Valley Equine since 2017.
Ashley King Office Manager
Ashley King grew up in Wexford, PA showing in open hunter jumpers and AQHA circuit. In 2004 moved to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin River Falls where she studied Animal Science and Equine Management.
She now is a mother of three and owns a small hobby farm in Woodville where she enjoys spending time with her family and horses.
She met Dr. Clark while working for Tina Langness in 2006 and has continued to do behind the scene work with Dr. Clark since.
